A half day retreat where you'll spend the afternoon being nourished, guided, and restored through movement, meditation, visualization, creativity, and delicious healthy food.
Dawn Ranieri will lead a guided visualization designed to help you release stress, restore your energy, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. This calming practice combines meditation with light energetic clearing and supportive frequency work, to help you feel more centered, restored, and calm as you move into the season ahead.
We'll explore movement with Amalia—fluid, playful, beginner-friendly dance exploration to find freedom, expression and connection with your body. We'll do some slow flowing movements and some exercises to find freedom in our movement. No dance experience or rhythm required!
You’ll move into a creative project—something beautiful and useful to take home, made with your own hands.
We’ll then share a nourishing meal together, with space to eat slowly, rest, and get to know each other! (please contact Amalia with any allergy or dietary concerns)
The afternoon will close with a calming restorative yoga session led by Colleen Falo, inviting your body and mind into deeper rest before we close together with final reflections.
Each participant will receive a Turkish towel to wrap themselves up with during the retreat and to take home as a gift, a reminder of the time you carved out for yourself.
If you'd like to continue this energy at home, you can add on a curated gift set featuring a selection thoughtful, high quality gifts to support reflection and self-care after you leave.
